RETURN POLICY

Are you not satisfied with your order? That's a shame! We would like to know what we can do to make you happy.

Three simple steps to return the package:

Step 1: Complete the returns form
Complete the returns form that you received with your order. Please indicate the reason for return. Didn't receive a return form? Send us an email: info@differentformen.com

Step 2: Send your order
Send the items together with the completed returns form to the address stated on the returns form. Make sure the package has a track and trace code. As the sender you are responsible and we want to avoid misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount into your bank account.
If we have received the package in good condition, we will ensure that the purchase amount is returned to your bank account within 14 working days!

PLEASE NOTE:
It is not possible to distribute the meal replacements for reasons of hygiene and food.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be returned in its original condition and with tags and tags attached. The product must not show any signs of use. We reserve the right to prevent the return of items if we suspect that the items have already been used or have been damaged through no fault of our own.

For items purchased during the sale, Different for men does not offer the option to return for a refund. These items can only be exchanged for other items or for a shopping voucher.
